08:43Today, we are expecting strong winds in Batanes, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga Region, and Davao Region.
09:04Tomorrow, we are still expecting strong winds in Batanes, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Northern Mindanao.
09:14By Wednesday, we are still expecting strong winds in Sambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao.
09:36Because of the strong winds of the Southwest Monsoon, today, we issued a Gale Warning,
09:45where we are expecting high waves from 2.8 to 4.5 meters.
09:56So, as you can see in red, these are the areas under the Gale Warning.
10:03The areas under the Gale Warning are in Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, Antique,
10:16Kaluya Islands, Aklan, Bohol, Cebu, Siquijor, Negros Oriental, Southern Leyte, Zamboanga del Norte, Camiguin, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte.
10:36This means that our countrymen are not allowed to travel, especially those who use small sea vehicles, because the waves will reach up to 5 meters.
