00:05This Fashion Day, we still have three weather systems that bring rain to our country.

00:10The first one is the north-east monsoon in the northern and central zone.

00:15It also brings a drop in the temperature there.

00:18This is the wind from the north.

00:20We still have the shear line where the cold wind and hot wind comes from the east.

00:26It also brings strong rain in the southern zone.

00:31In Visayas, down to Mindanao, we still have the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ.

00:36This is the line where the wind comes from the northern and southern hemispheres

00:41even if the weather there is gloomy.

00:43Based on our latest satellite animation,

00:46there are many clouds here on the left and right side of our country.

00:50But none of these will become a storm on the first days of December.

00:56Today, we still have the rainy season here in the northern and central zone,

01:00particularly in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Administrative Region, and Aurora

01:04because it is still in the north-east monsoon or Hanging Amihan.

01:08Here in Ilocos Region, the rest of the central zone,

01:11just like in Metro Manila,

01:13we still have the sometimes gloomy weather, partly cloudy,

01:16and often cloudy skies that are accompanied by drizzles with light rain

01:20just like the north-east monsoon.

01:22For our countrymen in the southern region,

01:25expect strong rains here in Quezon Province, Laguna, Rizal, and a large part of Cabiculan.

01:32It is possible up to 200 mm, especially here in Pating, Catanduanes,

01:36Albay, and Sorsogon because of the shear line or hot and cold winds.

01:41Here in the part of Mimaropa, it is partly cloudy,

01:44up to cloudy skies just like the rest of Calabar Zone.

01:47It will also be accompanied by drizzles with light rain,

01:51up to cloudy skies just like the rest of Calabar Zone.

01:54It is also noticeable that the temperature drops in a large part of Luzon.

01:58For Metro Manila, it is from 23 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:02Here in Tagaytay, it is from 21 to 29 degrees.

02:05For Baguio, it is only up to 22 degrees Celsius,

02:08and a large part of Northern Luzon is no more than 30 degrees Celsius.

02:13For our countrymen here in Palawan,

02:15Visayas and Mindanao will still have cloudy skies.

02:20It will also be accompanied by heavy rains and thunderstorms

02:24due to the effect of the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ.

02:28The eastern portion of Visayas and Caraga Region will be the most rainy.

02:32It is possible up to 200 mm for Northern Samar and Eastern Samar,

02:36and up to 100 mm for the rest of Eastern Visayas,

02:42Surigao del Norte, and Binagat Islands.

02:44Some parts of Visayas and Mindanao will have strong thunderstorms

02:49from dusk to dusk.

02:51So make sure to bring an umbrella or a raincoat

02:55and be careful of floods and landslides.

02:58Our temperature in Metro Cebu will be up to 31 degrees Celsius

03:02during the afternoon,

03:04while here in Mizambuanga City and Davao City,

03:06it will be up to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:09Due to the continuous downpour of the Northeast Monsoon

03:13or Amihan, we still have gale warning or high waves

03:16in the eastern part of Luzon, up to 4.5 meters

03:20or one and a half feet below sea level.

03:23In the islands of Isabela, Northern Aurora, and Polilio Islands,

03:28these waves are very dangerous.

03:30It is possible that our small seabed vessels will be affected.

03:32It will also be dangerous in the neighboring towns of Luzon,

03:36up to 2 to 3 meters.

03:38It is still high and dangerous to small seabed vessels.

03:41And by tomorrow, it is possible to remove the gale warning

03:44in the neighboring towns of Luzon,

03:46but it will still remain dangerous for most of Luzon

03:48and Banayad, as is the case in Visayas and Mindanao.

03:54on the first two days of December,

03:56the Northeast Monsoon will still rain in Micagayan Valley,

04:00Cordillera Region, and Aurora.

04:33in a large part of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

04:39or possibly up to 10 streams by tomorrow

04:41in Quezon Province,

04:43as well as in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes,

04:47while up to 100 mm of rain

04:49or moderate to heavy rains tomorrow

04:51in the province of Aurora,

04:53as well as in Maylaguna, Batangas,

04:55down in Orinoco,

04:56Marinduque, Romblon,

04:58up to Masbate, Albay, and Sosugon

05:00if we have heavy to intense rains.

05:02There is a high chance that there will be floods

05:04or landslides in low-lying areas

05:06and those near rivers

05:08while there are a few places

05:10where there will be floods and landslides

05:12if the rain is moderate to heavy.

05:14Then, when December 2 arrives,

05:16you will expect only a few places

05:18here in Silangang-Patina, Luzon

05:20because of the shear line

05:22and the Intertropical Convergence Zone.

05:23Then, in the evening,

05:25here in Silangang-Patina, Luzon,

05:27because of the shear line,

05:29there will still be moderate to heavy rains.

05:31Isabela, down in Aurora,

05:33Quezon Province,

05:35and here in Camarines Norte,

05:37there is still a chance of floods

05:39and landslides.

05:41And for Tuesday,

05:43on December 3,

05:45there will still be rain

05:47in Batanes and Baboyan Islands

05:49and in cold weather,

05:51it will still be drizzling.

05:53Then, for Tuesday,

05:55on December 3,

05:57there will still be thunderstorms.

05:59The shear line is rising

06:01because of the weakening

06:03of the Northeast Monsoon.

06:05But eventually,

06:07in the next few days of December,

06:09there will be a surge

06:11of the Northeast Monsoon.

06:13But for Tuesday,

06:15on December 3,

06:17there will still be thunderstorms

06:19in the eastern part of Luzon

06:21and there is still a chance

06:23of landslides.
