00:06The country is still affected by the easterly winds,

00:10especially in southern Luzon and Visayas.

00:14As you can see in the Pacific Ocean,

00:17there is no typhoon or low-pressure area.

00:20In Sulu Sea, there is a cluster of clouds

00:24that caused heavy rains in a large part of Visayas.

00:29We hope that this will be resolved today.

00:35In our current weather,

00:38the weather is good and clear,

00:41sunny, partly cloudy,

00:43until the sky is cloudy,

00:46except for isolated rains

00:49or sudden heavy rains,

00:52especially in the afternoon or evening,

00:54after a localized thunderstorm.

00:57Here in Visayas and Mindanao,

01:00the weather is good and clear,

01:03sunny, partly cloudy,

01:05until the sky is cloudy,

01:07except for isolated rains

01:10after a localized thunderstorm.

01:17There is no angle warning

01:18because we have seen that

01:20the waves are calm

01:22in a large part of our country.

01:25Therefore, it is safe for our countrymen

01:27to travel, especially those who use

01:29small sea vehicles.

01:35due to localized thunderstorms

01:37in the afternoon or evening.

01:43The sun will rise later at 5.45 in the morning,
