00:05The low-pressure area in the West Philippine Sea has continued to deteriorate.

00:10Northeasterly surface wind flow or the wind from the north coast is affecting the extreme northern zone.

00:19Meanwhile, this storm or tropical depression is outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:27As you can see, it is very far from our country. It is at 2,605 kilometers east-northeast of the extreme northern zone.

00:36It has entered our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:41You will notice the cloud cluster or the accumulation of clouds here in the East Philippine Sea.

00:47It is like a trough of storms outside our area of responsibility.

00:55The weather today is good and clear.

01:02The sky is partly cloudy, not only here in Luzon but also in Visayas and Mindanao.

01:13Aside from the good and clear weather, there are still chances of isolated rains or sudden rains due to the localized thunderstorm.

01:27Due to the heavy rains, we do not have a gale warning today.

01:37It is safe for us to go out, but we should still be careful due to the thunderstorms, usually in the afternoon or in the evening.

01:50The sun will rise until 5.47 in the morning. The sun will set until 5.40 in the afternoon.
