00:00I've been here all night. Unfortunately, I'm sorry and saddened to report that we have a casualty in Tamnorte.

00:15You know my feelings about that is that one casualty is one casualty to many.

00:25So that is unfortunate. However, I still would like to congratulate them.

00:30I am sure that they are exhausted. I am sure that they have done, they continue to do and work as hard as they can.

00:49I am thankful to them and to the people as well. They are helping as much as they can.

00:58They are following our bulletins on what needs to be done.

01:04No matter what, with the strength of Pepito, we are not showing a bad performance.

01:14It wasn't as bad as we feared.

01:16But now, we will now carry on with the rescue of those isolated areas and the continuing relief for those who have been displaced

01:34and have no means to prepare their own meals and water supplies.

01:40That is our relief that we are doing. Rebuilding will also start to continue as well.

01:49I hope that when Christmas comes, we Filipinos will remember our fellow countrymen.

01:59Even though they are suffering, I hope that we will be able to make Christmas a part of their lives.

02:09I am sorry and saddened that they are exhausted.
