The Philippine Area of Responsibility has been released.
00:03
We have been waiting for this storm to pass and head towards eastern China.
00:07
This means that we no longer have a storm to monitor inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:12
However, we still hope that it will rain today because of the heavy rain or southwest monsoon
00:18
that is slightly enhanced by this storm.
00:20
Meanwhile, based on our latest satellite animation,
00:24
we have cloud clusters or clusters of clouds that are visible here on the left and right part of our country.
00:30
And it is possible for low-pressure areas to form here in the next few days
00:35
based on our Tropical Cyclone Threat Potential Forecast.
00:38
But within the next 24 hours, we do not see a storm forming inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:45
Today, we still hope that it will rain heavily in the western section of our country,
00:50
especially here in Luzon because of the southwest monsoon.
00:53
As early as this morning, we already have a yellow warning
00:56
here in the provinces of Zambales and Bataan.
00:59
Sometimes, it will rain heavily there.
01:02
So, be careful of possible floods and landslides.
01:05
There is also a chance of occasional rains or sometimes heavy rains here in Pangasinan,
01:11
Tarlac, Pampanga, here in the western part of Mindoro,
01:15
and northern Palawan because of the southwest monsoon.
01:19
While there are scattered rains and thunderstorms here in the remaining part of the Ilocos Region,
01:23
Abra, Benguet, here in Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Rizal,
01:30
Pababa ng Cavite, Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, and Lalawigan ng Romblon.
01:35
Still be careful of possible floods and landslides in your areas
01:39
and coordinate with your local disaster risk reduction and management offices
01:44
if an evacuation is needed.
01:46
In the remaining part of Luzon, including Cagayan Valley, Aurora,
01:51
Quezon, Bicol Region, and Marinduque,
01:55
parts of Maulap to Maulap are the skies that we will experience today
01:58
and experiences of heavy rains, landslides, and landslides,
02:02
especially in the afternoon and evening.
02:04
Our temperature in Metro Manila is from 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,
02:09
while in Baguio, from 17 to 23 degrees Celsius.
02:15
To our countrymen in Palawan, especially in the northern portion,
02:18
expect heavy rains from time to time,
02:21
because it is still in the southwest of Luzon.
02:23
Here in the western Visayas,
02:25
the areas of Antique and Iloilo are the most affected.
02:29
Heavy rains and thunderstorms in the remaining part of Panay Island
02:33
plus Negros Island Region.
02:34
Expect that the weather will improve and our rains will be reduced.
02:39
While in the central and eastern portions of Visayas,
02:42
fair weather conditions will occur,
02:44
or it will often be sunny,
02:45
accompanied by heavy rains, landslides, and landslides, especially in the afternoon.
02:50
Our temperature in Metro Cebu is from 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:55
And to our countrymen in Mindanao,
02:58
we will still experience sunny weather in many places,
03:01
except here in the Erisang Karaga Region.
03:03
As early as this morning, there are chances of sudden rains.
03:07
In the remaining part of Mindanao,
03:09
there are also afternoon or evening rain showers or thunderstorms
03:12
that last for two to three hours.
03:15
So if you are going out in the afternoon,
03:17
make sure that you have an umbrella.
03:19
Our temperature in Davao City and in Buanga City
03:22
is possible to rise to 33 degrees Celsius.
03:26
Still due to the erosion of the sea,
03:28
we still have a gale warning
03:30
or high waves here in the western seaboards of Luzon.
03:34
Expect up to 4.5 meters in the western coast of Pangasinan.
03:38
Also in Zambales and Western Bataan.
03:41
Also in the northwestern coast of Occidental Mindoro
03:44
and the western coast of Palawan.
03:46
If we have a gale warning,
03:48
our small seaboards will be prohibited,
03:51
especially our fishermen.
03:54
While our countrymen are still here,
03:56
expect one to three meters high waves today.
04:01
Rough sea conditions or high waves
04:05
in Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan.
04:08
That's by tomorrow.
04:10
Then by the weekend,
04:12
in Ilocos Region, Batanes, and Baboyan Islands,
04:15
there will be high waves.
04:18
And for our three-day weather forecast,
04:20
tomorrow, there are still areas
