At the moment, we are still monitoring the low-pressure area inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:08
Last night, there was a 305-kilometer flood in Coron, Palawan.
00:12
The so-called low-pressure area, if we can see here in our latest satellite image,
00:17
it did not bring any rain that could cause continuous rain all day long in any part of our country.
00:24
And we also did not expect that this would be a typhoon.
00:28
Meanwhile, the Easter lease is affecting some parts of Luzon.
00:32
And if we can see here in our latest satellite image,
00:35
we can see some clouds in the eastern part of Quezon and Bicol Region.
00:41
So, in those areas, it is possible for us to experience a rainy season due to the effect of the Easter lease.
00:46
In the western part of our country, we do not see any thick clouds that could cause continuous rain all day long.
00:55
So, generally, we have fair weather conditions.
00:57
We just have different possibilities of sudden or temporary rainfall due to thunderstorms
01:03
or isolated thunderstorms that we usually experience in the afternoon or at night.
01:08
Outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility, we are still monitoring the tropical depression
01:15
or typhoon that is outside of more than 2,600 kilometers east-northeast of extreme northern Luzon.
01:22
As of now, the tropical depression is still moving away from our country.
01:28
And we did not expect that it would enter our Philippine Area of Responsibility
01:32
or affect which part of our region in the next few days.
01:38
Over the next few days or over the next two to three days,
01:41
this low-pressure area is possible to dissolve today.
01:45
Meanwhile, the effect of northeasterly wind flow will gradually increase
01:49
and will affect some parts of northern Luzon.
01:52
It is possible that it will cause severe rainfall in some parts of the northern Luzon area.
01:57
Meanwhile, in the western part of our country,
02:00
the chances of sudden or temporary rainfall due to localized thunderstorms are high.
02:06
So, we just have to bear a umbrella or any kind of shelter from the rain.
02:11
As for the weather conditions today, as we mentioned,
02:14
and according to our latest satellite image,
02:16
it is possible to experience rainy weather in the areas of Quezon and Bicol Region
02:21
due to the effect of easterly winds.
02:23
When it comes to the afternoon to the afternoon,
02:25
there is a high possibility that there will be heavy rainfall in the areas of Calabarzon,
02:30
in the nearby provinces, as well as here in Metro Manila.
02:34
There is a high possibility that thunderstorms will be more frequent,
02:38
especially when it comes to the afternoon to night.
02:42
In many parts of Luzon, it will be sunny or generally fair weather conditions
02:46
for areas of northern and central Luzon.
02:49
There is a possibility of isolated thunderstorms when it comes to the afternoon or night.
02:56
As for the temperature forecast today in the neighboring cities here in Luzon,
03:00
for Lawag, and also in Tuguegarao,
03:02
our maximum temperatures will reach 33 degrees Celsius,
03:06
17 to 23 degrees Celsius for Baguio,
03:09
32 degrees Celsius maximum temperatures for Metro Manila,
03:13
as well as here in Legazpi and Aguat.
03:16
For Tagay, today, it will reach 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.
03:23
The weather will be cold in many parts of our country.
03:28
Generally, we will still have fair weather conditions.
03:31
The weather will be hot, especially when it comes to the afternoon,
03:34
in the areas of Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
03:37
There is a possibility of localized thunderstorms when it comes to the afternoon or night.
03:42
As for our temperature forecast,
03:44
most of the neighboring cities for Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao,
03:49
our maximum temperatures will range from 32 to 33 degrees Celsius.
03:56
As for the condition of our ocean,
03:58
we do not have a gale warning that is high in any province of our country.
04:02
Our fellow countrymen will be able to travel freely,
04:04
especially those who have small ocean vehicles.
