00:11Sheriff Court where a farmer was banned from keeping animals for 15 years after

00:16mistreating a collie in his care. A councillor has called for an end to

00:21outdated rules around school uniform and says blazers which need to be dry

00:24cleaned are not suitable for the Scottish climate. We've a Halloween

00:29special with lots of picture galleries from events across the district but

00:33bonfire night is not forgotten and we've got all the details of where to watch

00:37the best fireworks. Falkirk Council is appealing for more people to become

00:42foster carers to ensure that Falkirk barons can be cared for locally. We've

00:47got some great people stories this week. The four finalists in Scottish Health

00:52Awards from NHS Forth Valley and the town centre worker who has been named a

00:56High Street Hero. There's also a volunteer at the sensory centre who has

01:01been recognised for his efforts and a social worker who has overcome her

01:04disability to gain a degree with the Open University. A memorial bench has

01:11been unveiled to mark the commitment of a former Bowness woman to the guiding

01:14movement locally. Historian Ian Scott gives us a fascinating insight into the

01:20history of the village of Worreston and in sport Grangeway professional Graham
