* Fine flour (मैदा) - 1 Cup
* kalonji (कौलौंजी) - 1/2 Tsp
* Carom seed (अजवाइन) - 1 Tsp
* Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* salt (नमक)
* Ghee (घी) - 2 Tsp
* Water (पानी)
* Oil (तेल)
Method to Make Namak Para:
1. Take flour and add nigella seeds, celery seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add ghee and mix until the flour is crumbly.
3. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
4. Cut the dough into small pieces, roll them out, and shape them into Namak para.
5. Fry the Namak para until golden brown.
6. Your Namak para is ready !

00:29To make super tasty Khasta Namakpare, we will take 1 cup Maida
00:35Now we will add 1 tsp carom seeds and 1 tsp crushed carom seeds
00:411 tsp baking powder
00:441 tsp salt as per taste
00:47and mix everything
00:52Now we will add 2 tbsp ghee and mix it well with maida
