ABOUT THIS VIDEO- Today I am going to share with you a recipe for rice flour medu vada, medu vada, medu vada are essentially savoury doughnuts made with black gram, herbs, coconut and spices. The word medu means soft and vada means fritters in the Kannada language. This particular type of fritter is also known as Urad Dal Vada in Hindi, chawale ke atte ka vada. You can make easily rice flour medu vada at home followed by my recipe step by step.
