Deadly shooting in Canton neighbor dispute

Nathan Morris, a 35-year-old Canton resident, was killed in a shooting on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024, in the 200 block of Cornell Street. WWJ's Charlie Langton reports it was a dispute between neighbors.

00:06and over apparently wood chips because the person that died, his kid apparently was playing

00:13in the neighbors. Wood chips didn't like it. They got into a fight gun and then now that

00:21neighbor is dead and the other neighbor likely will spend the rest of his life in prison.

00:25Arraignment should happen as early as today. This is on Cornell Street in Canton. In this

00:30area, you can see that the shooting was outside. They tried to clean it up and it's, you still

00:36see there is actually some blood here, but it's very sad situation. Neighbors reacting
