In this video released by Southfield Police, a suspect in seen doing some practice swings with a hatchet at Meijer before buying the weapon. Later, police say the person took the ax to a PNC bank branch, attacked a teller and announced a robbery. [Video and 911 audio provided by Southfield PD.]
