Aired (June 30, 2024): ‘Widows’ War’ star Juancho Triviño visits the Siglo Brew in Tagaytay to taste their Barako Stout, a drink made from beer and Liberica coffee beans!

00:14This morning, Widow Suarez-Tarr and Juancho Trevino will be baristas at the IG-worthy cafe that serves local coffee and craft beer.

00:23The concept started in 2019.

00:25From regular coffee, we thought of converting it into a specialty coffee.

00:32We focus more on the quality of the beans.

00:35We sort and grade.

00:37We source our coffee beans from different regions in the Philippines.

00:43Carefully sorted and picked.

00:45We also use different techniques and brewing methods to bring out the natural, unique flavor of our local beans.

00:55That's the craft beer at the bottom.

00:58Liberica from Batangas.

01:08Yes, I really feel the coffee and beer that complements with one another.

01:16This is delicious.

01:33I'm excited to taste this because it has salted egg.

03:50So, very locally sourced.

03:55It's the ambience.

03:56Of course, we're in Tagaytay.

03:58As you can see, it's so nice to be here.
