Gunyong is my grandfather who is a local coffee farmer here in Tagaytay.

So since what we want is to push for local coffee beans,

And we are very proud to say that our beans here in Kapi Halikunyong

is from our local coffee farmers from Cordillera in Cavite.

And we'll start off with Gunyong Slate.
