00:00Like our weekly prayer to eat farm-to-table dishes, we found a restaurant in Tagaytay that we both love to go to.

00:15A family-friendly dining space that cooks food using fresh ingredients from their mini garden.

00:22We are known in Tagaytay for the greens. So it really needs to be fresh.

00:26We have contact growers of mixed lettuce in Tagaytay.

00:32And then of course, the small herbs, we have our pocket farm.

00:35You'll see our chefs, when they run out of herbs, they just run outside the kitchen and pick it up.
