00:10 Anne-Marie, you're gathered here outside Michael Matheson's office this morning, what's the

00:15 purpose for your visit?

00:17 The purpose of our visit is to highlight to the Scottish Government the fact that we have

00:22 not had a pay rise since 2021.

00:23 What do we want?

00:24 Fair pay!

00:25 When do we want it?

00:26 Now!

00:31 At a time of the highest cost of living crisis on record and public sector workers, we have

00:39 not been able to secure a fair pay rise.

00:42 We're not asking for anything more than everyone else has got.

00:45 Alongside that, our employers are taking very punitive action against us for taking industrial

00:52 action which is entirely unacceptable in terms of the fair work agenda.

00:56 So we've come here to try and get people who are in the Scottish Government to make sure

01:03 that our voices are heard.
