02:06 I know your dad had a cart in Hoboken, right?

02:10 So I had a cart back in the '90s, 1990, '91, '92.

02:14 '93, we had our first child, so my wife told me I'd be a real job.

02:17 So I went to the post office.

02:19 I hung out to the license.

02:21 I kept paying for it until my father retired.

02:23 He took it over.

02:25 I then joined the Seaport Police Department,

02:27 retired from there January 31st, and I opened up Christmas

02:30 Restaurant.

02:31 And that's the name they gave me at work.

02:32 So that's the name.

02:34 But I also searched pork visually,

02:36 and I realized it actually exists.

02:38 So it made perfect sense.
