01:05because pizza michi was great kim's uncle i'm not sure if it was gonna be the same exact pizza

01:35pizza michi kim's uncle as good a tavern style as you can find in chicago period the other ones i always

01:44say with it um a bungalow uh nick and vinnie's vinnie and nicks vinnie and vetoes veto and nicks

01:51veto and nicks but this is if you're gonna do the tavern which is not my favorite make it crispy

01:56make it thin put some good like tang to it my guess is i gave an eight one to amici eight one on the

02:04tavern scale on tavern scale is different than everything else this is identical is this the same

02:08pizza is this the same exact pizza as the michi i've been waiting for you to come in and review

02:14us because you did our sister store right you did them yes they do not have our full oven it's similar

02:23but this is the original oven they came that's been here since 1953 you need a d5 bulldozer

02:29to break it out of there otherwise you got to take it apart how long has it been there for since 1953

02:34so ours i would hope would give you a little more crisp and a little more of the the uh the

02:40undercares that you like on your pizza because i know that you reviewed them for i did i think

02:44it ate one i did i remember that i think it tastes very similar yeah yeah i did them like

02:51a month or so ago maybe six weeks yeah yeah

02:57as somebody takes pizza super serious and i wish i could sit here and say i tell the difference between

03:01the oven that you've had but i'd have to have them right next to each other it tastes very similar

03:05yeah both great the recipe and everything is the same that came when you get the old oven yeah right

03:10which makes sense the oven makes the pizza they're both great as good as you can awesome awesome yeah
