00:21Lamp Wood Oven Pizzeria, North Scottsdale, I believe.

00:26Hey, you gotta try it, be prepared for a two hour wait.

00:30We got a two hour wait.

00:31We called it in, sat literally in the parking lot

00:33for an hour and a half waiting.

00:35Didn't drop name, didn't do anything,

00:37just pure pizza game.

00:39A place like this, you gotta give it a shot.

00:41Now it's wood fired, which to me generally means

00:43we're gonna have some flop on it.

00:46Let's see what we got.

00:47All the chefs came up, they're like,

00:49this guy's a mad scientist, he can cook it,

00:51but it does look wood fired to me,

00:54which isn't always my favorite style.

00:57Let's say wood fired is like a pretty close relative

00:59to Neapolitan for me, meaning thin, flop,

01:02this is what I'd expect it to look like.

01:04Is that what, and there's the flop,

01:06is that what the famous, famous Bianco?

01:11I feel like that's kind of a similar vibe.

01:21Okay, really great Bianco vibes.

01:27I feel like for me, people rant, raves, nines,

01:31Bianco wins pizza of the year award.

01:34I could see people saying the same about this.

01:36For me, it's definitely not my favorite style

01:39because I knew it wood fired,

01:41you can't get real great crisp with wood fired.

01:46Having said that, you can tell the oils, the sauces,

01:50everything's super fresh, great.

01:52I'm gonna go,

01:57it is really good.

02:02Also surprising because wood fire is quick,

02:04quick in the oven.

02:08We've got some good pizza and squash up there.

02:20Yeah, I'm taking this review seriously,

02:21to our way, I'm gonna take it seriously.

02:27Seven, six, which is actually a monster score

02:32for this size of pizza.

02:34For this style, I mean, it probably is high you can get,

02:37but the taste really is spectacular on it.

02:40Again, if you can't hear the crunch in Guatemala,

02:44you're not gonna get that high seven, low eight range

02:47from me, you're just not.

02:48So this is really, really good.

02:50If this is your style, must try.

02:53Lamb pizza, am I glad we waited two hours?

02:56Yeah, I think it was worth it to try it.

02:58It's worth the experience.
