Ingredients:
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 1/2 tsp dry yeast
- 5 3/4 cups flour (T45 or T55)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp flaky salt
- Yellow bell pepper
- multicolored cherry tomatoes (yellow, orange, red, green)
- fresh basil
- fresh spinach
