Stuffing :
- 2 medium onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1/3 green pepper
- 14 ounces canned tuna
- 4 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1.5 ounce olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Pastry :
- 9 ounces water
- 3.5 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.2 ounces dry baker's yeast
- 1 egg
