It’s not easy to find a dessert that suits those who are allergic or intolerant to milk and gluten... Fortunately, alternatives exist! This recipe for gluten-free and dairy-free far breton with prunes proves just that. An easy and equally delicious version so that everyone can enjoy a slice of cake at the end of the meal ;-)

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups almond milk
- 7 oz pitted dried plums
- 1 pinch of salt
