An inquest into the death of four teenage boys in North Wales last week has found the boys drowned in an overturned car. The four teenagers from Shrewsbury, aged between 16 and 18, were driving through Gwynedd before they died and were reported missing before being found dead on 21st November.

More than 80 people have been waiting for hospital beds in Swansea due to an extremely high number of acutely unwell patients. Morristown hospital has declared the highest alert level due to the issue and said it was facing extreme pressure on its emergency and unplanned care departments.

Roads in the Splott area of Cardiff have reopened after a suspected bomb threat turned out to be a false alarm. Emergency services were called to the Titan Road area of the city on Tuesday afternoon, and cordoned off a section of the road. South Wales Police confirmed that the suspected bomb was a gas canister.
