* Tomato ( टमाटर ) 2 pcs
Dal makhani for frying
* Desi ghee ( देसी घी ) 2 Tbsp
* onion ( प्याज़ ) 2 pcs
* garlic ginger paste ( लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट ) 1 Tbsp
* coriander powder ( धनिया पाउडर ) 1 tbsp
* red chilli powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) 1 tbsp
* salt ( नमक ) 1 Tbsp ( अपने स्वाद अनुसार )
* boil water ( गर्म पानी ) 1 cup
* garam masala powder ( गरम मसाला पाउडर ) 1 tbsp
तड़का लगाने के लिए
* butter ( मक्खन )
* Kashmiri red chilli powder ( कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) 1 tbsp
* cream ( क्रीम )
* coriander leaves ( धनिया के पत्ते ) 2 tbsp
