01:27 Surah Nahl is a Surah in Makkah and it has 128 verses

01:34 and it is on 16 Ruk'aats.

01:39 Viewers say that it is a complete Surah in Makkah

01:42 but the verses from it to the last Surah

01:50 were revealed in Madinah Tayyiba.

01:53 So it doesn't matter if a Surah is called Makkih

01:57 and some verses are revealed in Madinah Munawwara

02:00 or if a Surah is called Madinih

02:05 and some verses are revealed after the migration.

02:10 So it doesn't matter, it will be called Makkih and Madinih.

02:14 The meaning of Nahl is the honey bee

02:19 and the word of Nahl is in this Ayat.

02:23 Surah Nahl, Ayat 68

02:40 In the Holy Quran,

02:41 there is no other place where the word of Nahl is used.

02:46 That is why the name of this Surah is Nahl.

02:49 And viewers, in the books of Ahadith and Tafaseer,

02:55 this is the famous name of this Surah.

02:58 This Surah was revealed in the last period of Makkah.

03:02 Al-Wasid, Volume 3, Page 55

03:08 Hazrat Ubay bin Ka'b (R) says that

03:12 the person who recites Surah Nahl

03:18 will not be held accountable for the blessings

03:23 that he has been given in this world.

03:25 That is, the Halal sustenance that he has earned,

03:27 the blessings that have been given,

03:29 will not be held accountable for it.

03:32 And he will be rewarded like the person

03:35 who has recited the will of Allah

03:38 in a good manner according to the Shariah.

03:41 Viewers, Ibn Jauzi writes this narration.

03:45 Ibn Abbas (R) says that this whole Surah is in Makkah.

03:49 And there is a narration that

03:51 after the martyrdom of Hazrat Hamza (R)

03:54 this verse was revealed.
