On April 2, a BJP MLA was injured during the violence that broke out in Hooghly, West Bengal. The incident took place when BJP members were taking out a procession themed on Ram Navami. West Bengal has been witnessing clashes for the past few days. Earlier, clashes had erupted between two groups in Howrah during a Ram Navami procession. Injured MLA, Biman Ghosh, has been hospitalised. Internet services were suspended for 24 hours and large gatherings were banned. Watch the video to know more.
