Preparing the Kolhapuri Masala- 1st Stage 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds 2 tsp Cumin Seeds 3/4 tsp Sesame Seeds 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds 1 tsp Carom Seeds 1 tsp Stone Flower 3 Bay Leaves 10 Dry Red Chillies Salt
2nd Stage- 2 tbsp Oil 2 slice Dry Coconut 4 Green Cardamom 2 Black Cardamom 3 Star Anise 3-4 Cloves 1/2 inch Nutmeg 1/2 inch Maize 1 & 1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick 1 tsp Black Peppercorn 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds 1/4 tsp Asafoetida 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
For the Curry 2 tbsp Oil 1 & 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic (chopped) 3 Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp- Kolhapuri Masala 1 & 1/2 cup Water 6 Eggs (boiled) 1 tsp Lime Juice Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
