Lauki Ka Paratha (Thepla) Best Healthy recipe for those who don't like bottle gourd. Eat in breakfast / lunch or dinner, it always tastes best with any chutney, kheer or seviyan (vermicelli).

Serves- 2 (for breakfast)
Preparation time- 10 min.
Cooking time - 5 min.

Bottle Gourd – 1 Cup grated
Onion – 1/2 finely chopped
Green Chilli – 1 Finely chopped
Green Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup finely chopped
Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon grated
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala/Groundnut Spices – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Carom Seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Water if needed
