Ingredients:
2 Cups Cabbage, chopped- క్యాబేజీ 2 Onions, chopped- ఉల్లిపాయ 2 tbsp Oil- నూనె 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds- ఆవాలు 2 Green Chillies, chopped- పచ్చిమిర్చి 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder- పసుపు Coriander Leaves- కొత్తిమీర Salt to taste- ఉప్పు Flour Dough- గోధుమ పిండి Method:
To Make the Stuffing - In a pan heat some oil. Then add the mustard seeds, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, chopped onion & salt. Mix everything well. - Add chopped cabbage and again mix everything well. - Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 minutes. - Remove it from the flame. Grate some cheese and let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes.
To Make the Parathas - Make a soft dough with flour, oil and water. - Make small size round balls to make flat rotis. - Fill the stuffing in the rotis and seal the edges as shown in the video. - Heat up some oil on a pan. Roast the parathas till they show brown spots. - Serve these Gobi Parathas with curd or tomato sauce.
