2 Bay Leaves
2 Dry Red Chillies
2-inch Cinnamon Sticks
3 Green Cardamom Pods
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
4-5 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
2-inch Ginger (julienned)
1 Onion (sliced)
500 gms Chicken (curry cut)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves & Stem
1 ltr Water

Simmering the Broth
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper-Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
Salt (as required)
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
1/2 Boiled Egg (for garnish)
