Severe tropical storm off Mindanao enters PAR, is now called 'Odette' — PAGASA

The severe tropical storm with the international name “Rai” has entered the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) at around 7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 14, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

The tropical cyclone has been given the domestic name “Odette,” the country’s 15th cyclone for 2021.
