Eggplant Curry

INGREDIENTS:-
Small brinjal - 250 gm.
Onion -1 pc.
Tomato -1 pc.
Garlic - (3-4 )nag.
Cumin seeds - 1 tsb.
Turmeric powder -1\2 tsb.
Chilli powder -1\2 tsb.
Coriander powder -1 tsb.
chaat masala powder- 1\2 tsb.
Fresh cream - 1 tsb.
Salt to test.
Oil - 4-5 tsb.
Roasted peanut -1\4 cup.
Garam masala - 1\2 tsb.
water as for requiread for gravy.
