Ingredients: Eggs 4 Milk (fresh) ½ cup Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp Cheddar cheese (grated) ½ cup Salt ½ tsp Spinach 2 leaves Mushrooms 4 Oil 6 tbsp
Method: • Beat eggs with milk, black pepper and salt. • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry eggs on low flame for 5 minutes. • Put spinach and mushrooms on top • Put cheese on top of one side of omelet and fold, fry for one minute and serve.
