China Grass Pudding

China Grass Pudding
Ingredients
Milk (fresh) 1 kg
China grass powder 1 ½ tsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Food colour (red) few drops
Sugar ¾ cup
Almonds, pistachios (finely cut) 4 tbsp+ for sprinkling

Method:
• Cook china grass powder in little water in a saucepan till powder dissolves.
• In a separate saucepan cook milk and sugar for 10 minutes; add china grass and remove in a bowl; whip thoroughly with an electric batter for a few minutes.
• Add almonds, pistachio, food colour and essence; refrigerate.
• When set, sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top and serve.
