For more on the chaos swirling around the U.S. election right now, we are going to get some valuable insights from Ian Phillips, vice-president of the international news division at the Associated Press, is joining us again from New York.
Ian,... the presidential race is undecided as ballot counting continues in a number of states, for our viewers who are confused about why the process is taking so long, could you explain why we are all still waiting 24 hours-plus later?
Regardless of what happens in the end regarding the result, do you think the way polling is conducted in the U.S. should be overhauled? Given that pollsters got it so wrong in 2016 and you could argue they misjudged it equally as badly this year....
How do you see the lawsuits playing out that have been filed by the Trump administration against the vote counts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia? If Trump does lose the election, do you see this going all the way to the Supreme Court?
