In an interview with Singapore’s Straits Times, 1MDB chief executive officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy explains why he has been traversing the country in the run-up to the May 9th polls. He said he was not out to defend Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak or Jho Low, adding that 1MDB had to take proactive steps and share the correct information with the public.
