Singapore has announced a new Reciprocal Road Charge (RRC) of S$6.40 for all foreign-registered cars heading into the island republic. The RRC, which starts Feb 15, mirrors Malaysia’s road charge of RM20 for non-Malaysian registered cars entering Johor.
