Seoul City Hall is still hosting meetings with officials from around the world amid COVID-19, thanks to its Digital Civic Mayor's Office. Mayor Park Won-soon has used the office to hold some 20 international video conferences with international politicians and business leaders. All the other participants need is a smartphone or a laptop. The system was set up three years ago so officials can view information from across Seoul to aid their decision making.
