South Korea will send 10-thousand face masks to the Navajo Native American people in the U.S. to help them in the fight against COVID-19.
Protective items such as masks and hand sanitizers will be delivered to the tribe on Wednesday in recognition of their sacrifice during the Korean War.
The city of Gwangju has also sent hand sanitizers to the residents of San Antonio.
U.S. ambassador to South Korea Harry Harris took to twitter thanking the city of Gwangju for the nearly 2-thousand hand sanitizers.
