The World Health Organization's COVID-19 Emergency Committee urged the organization to give appropriate travel guidelines. The committee said on Friday strategic guidance was necessary to gradually allow travel again..., and that appropriate protection should be provided in case physical distancing is hard to be implemented. The committee also advised the WHO to continue cooperation with partners in enabling essential travel such as for humanitarian relief and cargo operations. The Director-General of the WHO also declared Friday that the COVID-19 outbreak still continues to form a public health emergency of international concern.
