Aalu tarkari :

Ingredients

Potatoes 1kg
Tomatoes 250gm
Red chili powder 2tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Cumin 2tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Mustard seeds 2tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Green chilies 6
Yogurt 4tbsp
Chaat masala 2tbsp


Chana tarkari:

Ingredients

Chickpeas 250gm
Baking soda ½ tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Onion seeds ½ tsp
Dried fenugreek 1tbsp
Red chili powder 2tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup

Halwa :

Ingredients

Semolina ½ cup
Sugar 1cup
Clarified butter 1cup
Cardamom crushed 4
Water 2glasses
Melon seeds 1tbsp
Yellow color ½ tsp


Poori :

Ingredients

Plain flour ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 2tbsp
Warm water as required
Clarified butter for frying
