Roti 2 Jaggery 1cup Cardamom ground ½ tsp Coconut grated ½ cup Almonds chopped 1tbsp Dates chopped 1tbsp Clarified butter 4tbsp
Baingan ka bharta:
Ingredients
Brinjal ½ kg Yogurt ½ kg Green chilies 4 Red chili powder 1tsp Salt ½ tsp Coriander 2tbsp Garlic chopped 1tsp All spice ½ tsp Oil 2tbsp
Haray lehsan ki roti:
Ingredients
Millet flour ½ cup Garlic green 250gm Green chilies 4 Cumin 1tsp Salt ½ tsp Red chili powder 1tsp Clarified butter as required
