Bundt red velvet cake:

Ingredients

Olive oil 1 ¼ cup
Butter milk 1 cup
Eggs 2
Red food coloring 2 tbsp
Apple vinegar 1 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Flour 2 ¼ cup
Sugar 1 ¾ cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coco powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for cream cheese glaze

Cream cheese 200 gm
Icing sugar ¾ cup
Vanilla 1 tsp leveled
Milk 2-3 tbsp

Method

Sieve together flour and coco, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and essence, make butter milk and add red in color. Now in your beaten sugar, eggs and oil mixture, add butter milk alternating with flour and coco mixture. Finally react baking soda with apple vinegar, quickly mix in the cake batter, pour in a well-greased bundt pan, bake for 35 mins, remove and cool.

Method for cream cheese glaze

Beat all the ingredients together for glaze, drizzle over cake.


Barbeque chicken pizza rolls:

Ingredients to marinate :

Chicken boneless cut into tiny cubes 2 cups
Meat tenderizer ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Cumin roasted & crushed ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
tikka masala 1 tbsp

Other ingredients
Coal to smoke
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Capsicum chopped in cubes ½
Tomato chopped in cubes half
Pizza sauce ½ cup
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Olives sliced 2 tbsp
Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
Readymade parathas 4-5
Method
Marinate chicken with meat tenderizer, chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, salt and chicken tikka masala, and mix well. Heat oil, fry chopped onion, capsicum, marinated chicken, sauté for 5 mins, add oregano keep aside, mix mayonnaise and pizza sauce to spread.
To assemble
Cook parathas apply with pizza sauce and mayonnaise mixture, add cheddar cheese, chicken and veggie mixture, olives, oregano, then roll it in foil, bake on 180 d for 5 to 10 mins till cheese melts.


Fried sandwiches:

Ingredients
White bread slices 12
Ingredients for coating
Egg 1
Water 2/3 cup
Flour 5 tbsp
Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Ingredients for filling
Tikka boti shredded ½ packet
Butter 3 ounces
Garlic ½ tsp
Flour 1 tbsp heaped
Milk 1 ½ cup
Cream cheese 3 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
