Rabri Shot is a sweet, condensed-milk-based dish, made by boiling the milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its color to off-white or pale yellow.

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 500 ml Milk
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 1/4 cup Milk Powder
- Sugar
- 4 Bread Slices
- Cardamom Powder
- Saffron(soaked)
- Kewra Water
- Almonds(chopped)

Method:
1. Heat milk in a wok and turn on the flame
2. Let it boil, and add cream once the quantity of milk comes down to 1/4th of the amount, that have been added
3. Turn down the flame; add cream and mix it
4. Now, add milk powder, sugar and mix it
5. Take bread slices, and cut its end of all the sides, and add it to the mixing bowl
6. Grind bread slices and add it to the wok
7. Mix it and add cardamom powder, soaked saffron, kewra water
8. Saute it for a few minutes, till the mixture turns thick and turn off the flame
9. Add Rabri in the shot glass and garnish it with some chopped almonds
