Kashmiri Lotus Stem Fries is crunchy tea time snack, and it can be enjoyed with Mujj Chatin & Kahva Chai.

कुरकुरी कमल ककड़ी के चिप्स एक कश्मीरी रेसिपी है, और चाय के समय का नाश्ता है | इसका आनंद मुज चटिन और कहवा चाय के साथ लिए जा सकता है

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- Lotus Stem(Peel & Chop)
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- Salt
- Water
- Oil(for frying)

Method:
1. Peel lotus stem and chope both it's ends
2. Now, cut the lotus stem into half, and the lengthwise
3. Add the chopped lotus stem into water
4. Now, take rice flour in a large bowl, and add Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, salt, water
5. Take out the lotus stem which was kept in water; dip it into the batter and fry it in hot oil, till they turn golden brown
6. Once fried, take it out and serve it with mujj chatin
