✤ Ingredients:
-2 Potatoes
-Water
-Garlic powder 1/2 Tsp
-Red chilli powder 1 Tsp
-Chaat masala 1/2 Tsp
-Mix herbs 1/4 Tsp
-Salt 1/2 Tsp
-1 Egg
-All purpose flour 3 Tbsp
-Oil for deep fry

✤ TIPs
-If you want to eat it as crispy, cut it thinner
-If some potatoes are large in size, thin them out
-Wipe the water well with a tissue
-Fry on low heat
-Fry until golden brown
