-160ml Warm milk
-40g Room temperature unsalted butter
-50 gram (5tbsp) Sugar
-Salt 1 tsp
-6 gram Yeast (1tbsp)

✤ Custard cream Ingredients
-3 Egg yolks
-300ml Milk
-20 gram Unsalted butter
-40 gram Sugar
-20 gram Flour (any kind)
-2pinches Salt
-8-10 drops Vanilla essence

✤ TIPs
-You can use bread flour & plain flour
-You can have strawberry jam or whipped cream instead of custard cream.
-You can use sugar powder instead of sugar on the outside of the donut.
