Autumn rain expected in the south

Today was cooler than yesterday but temperatures are still on the warm side.

Daeun, the sky wasn't too bright today,... but we are not expecting any rain here in the capital.
However, rain clouds are forecast to develop in the southern sea, so Jeju and parts of the south coast could see some rain tonight.
By tomorrow morning, the rain clouds would have spread to more regions as you can see here.
From tonight through Friday, the eastern coastal regions can expect the most rain,... with up to 60 millimeters.
Meanwhile, Jeju and the rest of the southern regions will see lighter rain of between 5 and 30 millimeters.
Besides these regions, the nation will be under heavy cloud cover tomorrow.

As usual, the mercury drops into the teens.
Seoul, Daejeon and Gwangju start the day at 14 degrees Celsius, while Busan begins at 16 and Jeju at 19 degrees.
The mercury should rise fast into the day,... Seoul topping out at 22, while Daegu and Gyeongju hit 20 and 18 degrees respectively.
The temperatures will return to around seasonal norms by the weekend,... plunging the morning lows down into the single-digits.
