Mutton khara masala OR Khara Masala Gosht is a North Indian dish. Recipe name say it self that meat is cooked in whole spices so the process is simple. Believe me this dish has awesome flavor and taste.

Mutton khara masala:

Ingredients :

Mutton ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Cumin 1tsp
Coriander whole 2tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Cardamom 4
Cloves 2
Cinnamon 1piece
Red chili round 10-12
Onion 2
Tomatoes 2
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Oil 1cup
Coriander ½ bunch
Green chilies 4

Method
Heat oil add mutton , onion , ginger garlic paste , salt , turmeric, and tomatoes, cover and cook, now crush all whole spices , now add this spices in mutton , add coriander , green chilies cook on high flame and serve.

Crispy paratha bite:

Ingredients

Parathas 4
Gram flour 1cup
Green chilies 2
Cumin ½ tsp
Carom ½ tsp
Red pepper crushed 1tsp
Onion chopped 1
Coriander chopped 2tbsp
Oil as required
Salt ½ tsp
Chat masala as required

Method
In a bowl add gram flour , green chilies, cumin , carom , red pepper crushed , salt , onion and coriander add water and make batter . now fry parathas and cut in pieces and dip parathas in batter , fry parathas sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

Daal chicken qeema:

Ingredients

Boil lentil 250gm
Chicken mince ½ kg
Tomatoes 250gm
Onion chopped 2
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Cumin 1tsp
All spice 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Ginger 2tbsp
Green chilies 4
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Oil 1cup
Method
Heat oil fry ginger garlic paste , add chicken mince and roast , when water dries add onion and roast again ,now in a blender add tomatoes , cumin ,whole spice, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder and salt and grind it well, now add this ground spice in mince and roast again , lastly add boil lentil sprinkle ginger simmer and serve.
