The Korea Consumer Agency says there's been a rising number of complains about travel booking websites based in other countries.
It says there were more than 1-thousand-3-hundred of them in 2018,... far higher than the previous year's roughly 4-hundred.
Last year, more than 80-percent of the respondents complained about delays... or refusals to cancel trips or give refunds.
